Global StorQuest Chandler

Global Chandler Storage is a re-purposed vacant big box retail building converted to climate-controlled self-storage use. The project is located in Chandler, Arizona. Chandler is consistently ranked as one of the fastest growing cities in the United States, and is located in the South East Valley Region of Phoenix. The self-storage center is located at the 3rd busiest intersection in the city with over 56,000 cars a day and 2 miles north of the redeveloped downtown. There are nearly 130,000 homes within a 5 mile radius of the project. Global Chandler Storage is an 86,411 square foot project with 783 units ranging in size from 5’ x 5’ to 10’ x 30’ to accommodate a wide array of tenants. The parking area of the project is planned for 110 secured vehicle/boats storage – 50% of the spaces are covered, 50% of the spaces are uncovered. A 360 kW photo-voltaic system will be installed on the canopies to provide 100% of the electricity to the project.
