The ranks of Global Building are filled with seasoned professionals with proven experience in the acquisition, operation and disposition of real estate. Our senior managers each have an average of 20 years of experience in the industry and most have been through multiple real estate cycles. We’ve “been there” and “done that”.

Our contacts and resources enable us to source numerous acquisition and financing opportunities. Second, we utilize a disciplined approach and strict criteria to analyze and evaluate investment opportunities. Once promising opportunities are identified we actively monitor or pursue these properties, regardless of whether they are currently on the market. Finally, we underwrite acquisition opportunities from an experienced “operators” perspective, which allows us to mitigate the risks of potential ownership issues that other buyers might not consider.
