Global Building creates Funds to acquire properties based on underlying investment strategies, targeted markets and investor profiles. Investment strategies can be situational (stabilized, value-add, opportunistic) or focused on property type (office, retail, industrial or other). We also pay careful attention to geographic considerations to match property investment types to local economic conditions and demographics. Certain of our Funds may be restricted to certain investor classifications, for instance Funds that are exclusively open to non-US resident participants.
Our goal with any Fund that we create is to mitigate risk by carefully acquiring total or partial interests in a diverse group of properties based upon the strategy selected. Our Funds follow the strategy adopted to guide capital investment decisions and do not typically identify the specific properties to be acquired by the Fund prior to investment by the Fund partners.
